OUR PROCESS

From our obligation free site appraisal through to the hand over of your completed project, we have developed a process that ensures the best possible outcome for your new home, renovation or refurbishment. At the end of your new build, we work through an extensive 100 point checklist before your final walk through which allows you to see your new home at its absolute best.

OUR COMMUNICATION

You will never be left wondering where your new home build it at. We keep you informed of the job progress from start to finish and we’re always more than happy to answer your questions.

The builder has direct contact with the owner throughout the build so you always have someone to call with any queries you may have. All our projects are underpinned by sound project management and, of course, a personal touch.

We employ a proven, best practice quality based approach that delivers building confidence to our clients. All relevant insurances such as public liability, construction and home warranty are arranged prior to any work being undertaken.
