You will see from the many testimonials we have available for you to view, that we are very flexible and our clients do not come to the end of a job to be ‘surprised’ by additional costs. Any variations to a contract and/or additional expenses are always communicated to clients along the way, including enabling them to change selections (except in cases where items can’t be returned), as we understand that preconceived notions often change when reality sets in.

We are well versed in offering suggestions and direction on the products used and this is a result of him working closely on all of his projects and knowing the building process inside and out. Having your builder engaged in the entire process ensures that the process flows smoothly and removes potential heartache on such an expensive (both financially and emotionally) exercise.
